Hello,

I am having a similar problem as well. All of the afore mentioned things are correct on my form. What causes my problem is a section that I hide with conditional formatting. Is the only solution to make the form full trust?

Did you create a form template that is browser-compatible? If not, make it browser-compatible through Tools > Form Options > Compatibility.
Your form template might contain controls and code that are not supported in browser forms. Did you run the design checker on it? If there were any errors, correct them before publishing the form.
When publishing the form, make sure that the checkmark saying to browser-enable the form is selected. If this checkbox is not available, you will have to check whether the SharePoint server you are accessing has Forms Services installed, whether Forms Services supports browser-enabling forms by users, and whether Forms Services has been activated on the site or site collection you are publishing your form template to.

I am having the same issue as this person, the only difference is that I am trying to capture the form data in the sharepoint site not with SQL server. When I click the submit button it tells me there is an error submitting the data.

If I go to the forms services and try to verify the form, it tells me that it was not published correctly to go and run the wizard again, which I do and still the same issue.

Any thoughts??
