Open the form, click the button - what happens? No error codes or like just blank drop downs. My rest address works fine if I paste it straight into the browser this returns the expected data. http://mysystem/_api/web/lists/GetByTitle(&#39;postcodes&#39;)/items Unsure where to start to resolve this?
