Once that assignment is complete, they need to edit the item to select a checkbox that indicates the assignment is complete. Once that assignment is complete, the reviewer is notified and they need to edit the same item to add their review.</p><p>&nbsp;How do I make sure the user&nbsp;edits the correct list item? Same&nbsp;question for the reviewer. I know I need to create different views for these forms, but how to ensure they are editing the correct item? I&#39;m not sure if this can be done in InfoPath by itself, or if I need to use SPD, as well.</p><p>Thanks for any tips or suggestions.</p><p>John&nbsp;</p>
