When users click the submit button in my&nbsp;InfoPath&nbsp;browser&nbsp;form the form closes but does not show up in the SharePoint list. It seems like the form is submitted but it basically is just disappearing. I have attached the form&nbsp;so someone can possibly help me figure out where my issue is?&nbsp;</p>
