Due to site&nbsp;restrictions, I could not get the GetUserProfileByName connection to work. (I gave the correlation ID to the SharePoint admin and they could not find the issue).&nbsp;However, I was able to get the information I needed (username/email/current user)&nbsp;to display on the SharePoint webpage through script editor. So, I am now trying to recreate the converted InfoPath web form&nbsp;in SharePoint.&nbsp;But I am having issues with&nbsp;the App builder / Site Columns. The the Drop-down Menus are limited,&nbsp;in InfoPath I could select a Display Name and store separate value. Is there a way to recreate this in SharePoint? I only see an option to enter the line choices but no display values. Thanks in advance. </p>
