Thank you you guided me to the solution of my problem:

My problem was linked to : User Profile Synchronization Service Stuck on starting

User profile synchronisation service was disabled.

I had an issue to enable it it was blocked on provisioning. I had to stop the service by

Stop-spserviceinstance <GUID>

Log on as Farm administrator and start the service.

After Sync it's working perfectly.

The form is configured to fetch info from getuserprofilebyname on load.

But I test it after as admin I can chang usernames and the same issue is appearing.

We are using AD user's automatically implemented into sharepoint is it possible to recreate it in this case ? Thank you

That is really strange. When does your query run? If it runs when the form loads, you may want to try changing it to a form load rule... but since it works for most users, it seems unlikely that moving the rule would fix this. Maybe try recreating the SharePoint profile for the user?

Any Idea ?

It says that it cannot found user.

But after click OK, I see it found user. However each time user recieve an error on connection.

I have same issue with another user who is old in our env.

Always tough when an issue is not consistent - but I would first check the SharePoint ULS logs for the correlation ID to see if you can get more info on why the error is occurring.

In our envirenment we are using GetUserProfileByName to collect user data in infopath forms

Since couple of months there was one user who when connect recieved error ID:5566

An error occurred while trying to connect to a Web service.

An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server.

Log ID:5566

Correlation ID:e0bf3f9e-0ffc-202c-29fd-9214d8d65bdf

Since January I have 2 other user's with the same issue. Does anyone can help me with proposal of the solution.

I searched since the beginning but now it becomes bigger problem. Thank you,
