I found solution.xsn file in this location on the server C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\TEMPLATE\FEATURES\FT-01-9ce38fed-5b4f-44ab-b23c-xxxxxxxxxxxx
Looks like it&#39;s the same template, will try to recreate my template using this solution.xsn file. It has a bunch of data connections and a web service to get user info. Anyway.... at last I have something to start from. Happy New Year :)

Cheers,

Usually on the site collection where the admin-approved template or content type has been published there is a library called &quot;Form Templates&quot;. I am guessing your template has been admin deployed? Is that the case? You can also download the existing XML, open with a text editor and look for the href attribute to see what template an XML is using.</p>

Re: Form template is not accessible, please help.

Thank you very much Hillary for your quick response. Unfortunately nothing is working for me. I&#39;m able to create a copy of my xsn in SPD, able to rename it, but the copy has the same set of issues.

You mentioned to &quot;download the xsn from Form Server Templates library&quot;, is there any specific library on a sever?

My next steps would be - enable server logs (have to do it in first place:)) to check the generated errors explanation. And then I will contact MS support. It&#39;s very expensive today.

Thanks again for your support and have a Great Holidays and a Happy New Year....

Re: Form template is not accessible, please help.

<p>&nbsp; It sounds like you&#39;ve tried everything I&#39;d suggest. So - you are trying to download the XSN from the Form Server Templates library? And it also fails in Explorer view? I suppose you could wait till you don&#39;t have any users online and temporarily try to rename the file, just in case there is some truth to the path message.... temporarily name it &quot;1.xsn&quot; or something?</p>

Form template is not accessible, please help.

Hi Guys,

my situation is strange.

1. I have an InfoPath library containing already submitted forms. When you opening these forms you have several warnings (data connection related), but finally xml is opening in the browser.

2. Form template for this library is set as a content type, the location of templates - doc library in the top site (all users have proper permissions)

3. The main issue - I cannot get this template for checking/editing.
 * Trying to download it directly from doc library (Send to &gt; Download a copy) - Error Cannot open file &quot;FormServerTemplates/OfficialResumeTemplate.xsn&quot;.
*Trying to copy it from Explorer view - having &quot;1 interrupted Action&quot; - the file name you specified is not valid or too long. Specify a different name. (This is the name -OfficialResumeTemplate.xsn)
 * Trying to use PowerShell to grab all content from this library - creating file with identical name, but different size and content.

Logs are disabled :( This is SharePoint 2010

Thank you for your advice.
