Thank you for the quick response.

yes i am able to set this up in a test environment, there is however one issue though which is that this error does not occur every time, it seems to be at random when a form is created and submitted for the first time. But i will try the test environment solution first and run a few tests to see if i am able to replicate the error. I will revert back once i have finished the testing :)

Many Thanks again.

Re: Infopath 2013 Save Conflict

Are you able to set this up in a dev / test environment so you don't have to try to troubleshoot in production? Everything was working perfectly for quite a while until recently.
I've had more than one user reporting back that when they try and save the InfoPath form they receive the following error: "save conflict: your changes conflict with those made concurrently by another user"

I've read that this might have something to do with the Update Event in my SharePoint Designer Workflow but I'm not sure if this is right or if it has something to do with the actual IP Form? The form is massive in the sense that it has a lot of rules and Data Connections etc. Im not sure where to start looking in order to stop this error from occurring? Any help would be greatly appreciated
