Thanks again. I had tried the owssvr.dll prior and you get the same error as using REST in 365. Last question. I see posts on passing query strings to lists customized in Infopath, is there a method for passing query string values to a form based on a form library?

Thank you,

May be worth a try? But if the idea was to dynamically change the view the data connection would use, since owssvr.dll connections are SOAP, that won&#39;t be possible using rules. </p>

Re: Query data connection via partial match in Office 365 browser form?

Thanks for the quick reply. Regular list connections have query fields, but those are only for equivalence, so that doesn&#39;t do you any good at all....

Query data connection via partial match in Office 365 browser form?

Hi --
I have a relatively large list (9k items) that needs to be a data source for another form library. I need to be able to query that list via a partial match of a text string to a column. I have researched and setting a REST data connection to the list and quering based on substringof works as intended if I leave it as a client form. In a browser form it errors out. Does anyone know of my options here?

Thank you,
