I have tried a lot to find a solution for my problem from various sources! However did not find an answer. Wanted to check if you could help me.

I have created a form which would capture existing PST time ( My sharepoint settings are in PST) and add 18 hours to it and show as end time (Calculated value). My form is used by people in different time zones. I have asked them to use PST as time zone while using that SharePoint.

My requirement: I would need record to appear in red or any other color when the due date and time has crossed in PST. Wanted to check if you would be able to help me on that.
