I'm experiencing an issue with repeating tables in a browser-enabled form built in Infopath 2010.

Repeating tables include options for the user to be able to "Insert", "Insert Above", "Insert Below", "Remove", "Remove All" using a button off to the left of the repeated row. When previewing, I see these options in addition to options to "Move Down" and "Move Up" (so long as there is another row before or after) which allows you to reorganize the items you have entered into the repeated field.

However, when in browser, these options do not appear. I have been scouring the internet and haven't read about anyone else experiencing this issue. In addition, I don't see any information on manually creating a "Move Up" and "Move Down" button. My google-foo is strong and this usually tells me that I am missing something silly.

Is there some setting that may be causing this? Is this feature just not supported by browser forms? If not, can I manually create "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons and how could I go about doing that? Thanks!
