I have a web form which submits to a forms library which then triggers a workflow. This works perfectly for me as the site administrator. Because I want to lock this down before release I have converted the submit connection into a udcx and stored it in the Data Connection Library. This still works OK. I have then used the secure store with the farm administrator account. Submit works fine and the library shows 'Created by' as system account, but the workflow won't run due to Microsoft system account restrictions.

Now here's the issue: If I change either the secure store credentials to any other account (including myself as farm administrator), the submit totally fails with 5567.

Steps I have tried:

Changing the udcx to use explicit:

 <udc:Authentication>
 <udc:UseExplicit CredentialType="NTLM">
 <udc:UserId>DOMAIN\MyName</udc:UserId>
 <udc:Password>password</udc:Password>
 </udc:UseExplicit>
 </udc:Authentication>

Adding my account to the sharepoint server administrator group.

This looks like a permission issue, but I am stumped as to where.

Thanks
