A former employee created an infopath form to capture new project submissions.&nbsp; Within the form he utilizes sharepoint lists and infopath flags to create a unique project ID each time a new submission&nbsp;is made.</p> <p>The Project ID uses the format of YYMMDD-##, the&nbsp;## equals the number&nbsp;of projects submitted on the day.&nbsp; Today we noticed that two projects were given the same ID (my first thought was that these submissions were made at the&nbsp;same time, but they were not).&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;Would anyone be willing to help me troubleshoot this issue?&nbsp; As I said, I&#39;m a newbie, but I&#39;m ok to navigate and provide info from the InfoPath form and Sharepoint lists as required</p> <p>Thanks!<br />Temo</p>
