Some of the columns are Sr. No., Training Topic, Department Code.

I have another SHP list that will receive entries of identified trainings for various employees (LIST 2). Each line item will be spread across the following columns: Employee Name, Training Topic, Department Code. This list, will initiate a workflow that assigns task to each trainer and so on...this workflow thing is working.

What am I looking for?

When I enter Department Code of the employee on InfoPath Form, it should generate the list of available training programs from LIST1 matching that department code. This list should give me a check box to select which all training programs are applicable. Once selected, I want to submit applicable training programs of this employee in LIST2; such that each training program is a separate line item so that the tasks can be assigned to respective trainers.

Hope there is a solution available to this....looking forward for support from the experts.

Thanks
