I have successfully created four drop-down (cascading) lists. However, I would like to select several subtasks at once, check those I need and enter a quantity corresponding to each task I select. For example:

Column A, Multiple Selection; Column B, Text Box

Subtask One 10

Subtask Two 20

Subtask Three 30

So I need two columns, one to select a subtask and the other a blank field (text box) to enter the quantity. I would appreciate any help to realize this. I believe it would save the user much time if possible. As well I welcome alternatives. Thanks for the help.
