What I would like to be able to do if possible, is specify the current filename as the attachment name. For example, if the form being filled is '3389_dataform.xsn' then I would like the attachment to be called '3389_dataform.xml'.

If that is not possible, can the filename (3389_dataform.xsn) be stored in a hidden field somewhere so that this is included as part of the form data?

I've seen other answers which discuss dynamically generated filenames, but the xsn forms which are being completed have already been dynamically created by a web application which copies and renames the original before sending to a user. Therefore, I need to get something back in my email which identifies that naming so that the same web application can parse the XML and identify what the data relates to.
