SharePoint 2007 with InfoPath 2010. We have a form to request IT help, normally you fill out the form with InfoPath and click the &quot;submit&quot; button, it then shows up in the form library and an email is sent out. The email normally shows the service request details, but now its show &quot;Status: Pending Approval&quot;.</p><p>Strangely I cannot find any workflows tied to this form.
