Error while running the filter in InfoPath 2007

There are two issues which in general team is facing. The issue is listed below.

1) When we run the query (filter records) for the first time. It gives an error mentioned below

"The Query cannot be run for the following DataObject : Main Connection

InfoPath cannot run the specified query.

The data operation timed out (30 sec)"

However when we try to filter record for second or third time, it works fine without error.

Can anyone help to resolve with this error

2) Sometime when we filter records, it give a message that size of the record is large and ask if we want to continue with it.

When we click continue, after sometime we get the below error message

"The form cannot be filled out because of an error in the form's design. Contact author of the template to resolve the issue."

However when the query results in small records it work fine.

It would be of great help if you could help to resolve these errors.
