The first three are used to describe the request. The 4th requires a approver to tick a box for approval, the fifth is a field in which another approver has to enter a number. Once all approval boxes have been ticked and all numbers have been entered, the form can move to the next stage. Is it possible to check these conditions with a workflow? It seems pretty straight forward if it was a form with just one set of these fields, but I'm a bit confused how this would work with repeating tables. Any pointers in the right direction are much appreciated. Thank you.
