Category - Electrical and others 2. Location - Store location or name 3. Vendor name 4. Address of Vendor 5. Names of people that can contact this vendor 6. Phone number 7. Email address of Vendor The issue is that when the person that is setting up or filling out the form may want to assign the same vendor for all or some of the locations I understand that the list will have views that I can setup per location but it does not help if the person that is setting it up cannot assign the vendor to all location . Please help
