Would it be possible for you to add a Lookup column to SharePoint? This should display the matching Display Name to the internal value. I created a form that includes&nbsp;three interconnected cascading fields. The fields are working nicely. Once I published the form to SharePoint I noticed that the column was showing the selection&#39;s internal name and the the English Display text. I have been unable to find a solution. Strangely this is new because in the lead-up to creating the final form I had not noticed the &quot;quirk&quot;.</p><p>I simply want SharePoint to show the true English selection for each column/field. I tried creating different views in the hope SharePoint would translate but it will not. I would appreciate any guidance to solve this problem. Thank you in advance for the help.</p>
