They were borders around my table. The submit button works, but when the user receives the email, they are able to click on the fields (textbox, dropdown, etc.). I do not want them to able to click on them. In essence, I want just the value of the field to be submitted. Also, there is a gray line around the whole form, how do I get rid of this?
