I know it's a tricky one. I figured out that if you copy and paste the URL you want to use directly from the browser you will get something like the one you posted. What you need to do is to copy the URL as the location for the Library / List has been set. Not really sure how your Sharepoint site is designed but I can guess that your library / list address should look something like this: http://teamworks.com/Teams/TS/My Tracking Sys/

Long story short, try again by removing all this _layouts/FormServer.aspx?XmlLocation=http://teamworks.com

Hope it works

I have the same issue with my form and I am not sure up to what point I should erase the address? My link looks something like this:

concat("http://teamworks.com/Teams/TS/_layouts/FormServer.aspx?XmlLocation=http://teamworks.com/Teams/TS/My Tracking Sys/", ExistingMonth, "&DefaultItemOpen=1")

First of all Merry X-mass to all of you! I hope you're having a great break. A few days ago I wrote a post related to an error that happened to be a very common one when trying to add lookup values from secondary sources to non-repeating tables (or controls) when designing an Infopath form in Infopath Designer 2013 and uploading it to a Sharepoint Online Library. The previous threat can be accessed here. The reason I'm writing all this preview is to avoid loosing the focus of this post, really sorry if I'm breaking your nerves, I'm just trying to provide as much info to help you help me to find the root of the problem :). Anyway, I managed to fix the previous issue with the kind help of Mo and Hilary, BUT now I have another problem...

After I publish my form, setup the submission parameters and re-publish, I get this annoying error when trying to fill up the form:

An error occurred while accessing a Web Service. For more information, contact the site administrator.

An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server.
Log ID:5567

Correlation ID:bd72649c-7883-503e-a57b-3852711499ec

The lookup control is contected a Sharepoint List that lives in the same site which happens to be wierd since all of them should be able to interact without any problem...

Any clues on how should I proceed in order to fix this problem? FYI I'm using Infopath Designer 2013 to publish to Sharepoint Online. I also have access to Sharepoint Designer 2013.

Hope to hear from you soon guys, and again thank you soo much for your time :)
