This approval button sets another field i.e. ApprovalComplete to 1. Then you can have a form load rule to open up a read only view when ApprovalComplete = 1.

Re: Approval view

Anyone can help, please?

Approval view

I am using Infopath 2010 and form library. I am using Infopath form to build approval screen.

May I ask In approval screen, how can we set only allow one user to approve the request. If one user already approved, other user will see Read Only screen.

Thank you.
