I first installed an xml creator for an excel file using the instructions from this link: http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/excel-help/create-an-xml-data-file-and-xml-schema-file-from-worksheet-data-HA010263509.aspx. Next, I opened Infopath and imported the xml file that would allow me to populate data to a repeating table. I created the repeating table with my Excel -> XML data as the main data source. Additionally, I created a non-repeating drop down box and a secondary data source with the recipient list (relationship managers). Then, I needed to filter each relationship manager's form to display just their clients. I added a secondary data source with just the list of relationship managers. The relationship managers will select their own name before it displays all of their plans. The logic to filter results came from here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/infopath-help/filter-the-data-that-is-displayed-in-a-control-HA101783367.aspx. Now, I can send the same email to everyone. All plans are filtered at the start and once they select their name, it shows only the plans they need to fill out.

Creating Different Emails for Each Recipient

I have attached a simple sample survey that I would like to send out to 300 people (relationship managers) via email. I would like to pre-populate the client name, client number, account manager, and relationship manager for them on the Infopath form before it goes out via email. I would also like the form for each recipient (relationship manager) to have a repeating table for each client that belongs to them and only those clients that belong to them. I have done similar in Access > create email; however, this form will need to be customized a bit more compared to what Access sends by default. Is this possible with what I have started with here? Thanks.
