I was actually able to make the plain text box large enough to accomodate the text and that allowed me to display all the information. Todd

Re: Plain text box vs. Rich text box.

Hi Todd and thanks for your warm welcome,

I would create a separate view (copy the one you have) and convert the text boxes to calculated values (right click and choose change to->calculated value). Make sure you add logic to your form to switch to this view before emailing.

This site is a great help. It is a wealth of information. I have searched for my situation, but can not find exactly what I am looking for. i apologize if this is a repost or duplicate. We are using Infopath 2007 for a team of people to input data into a form. Upon submit, this form is emailed to a number of individuals. My initial issue was that the text boxes were not displaying on mobile devices (Iphone, blackberry). I found that if I changed to plain text boxes, the data will display on mobile devices. That then caused the issue of the text boxes cutting off and not displaying all information when displaying the infomration in Outlook.

My question is, how do I see all the data in Outlook AND have it display on a mobile device???

Thanks !
