Assume that the Everyone user role is the default and make the read only view the default view.

Only switch the supervisor view if they are in that group. You can still make supervisor the initiator, but it should be the lowest one in the list (i.e. #3).

Re: user roles only allows one condition?

User role order is: 1. I have 3 user roles:

1) Supervisors
2) HR
3) Everyone

If a user is not a member of Supervisors or HR I want the form to switch to Access Denied view on form load.

It seems to me the following rule should work but it doesn't:

Example 1

Condition:
if current user role is not equal to Supervisor or
if current user role is not equal to HR

Action:
Switch to Access Denied view
(This rule denies Everyone AND HR role access)
---

The Rule I have in place that works is this:

Example 2

Condition:
if current user role is equl to Everyone

Action:
Switch to Access Denied view

(This rule seems to be working)

---

My question is why doesn't the first rule example work? when I add an "or" condition it ignores the 2nd condition (the "or") and does not allow the HR role to view the form when it should.

My concern is that all users are members of Everyone so how can I be sure that they aren't mistakenly singled out when they are a supervisor or HR member too?
