The dropdown on the filter dialog should give you the option of matching "any occurrence". Just set the condition to that and you should be in business.

I am creating an InfoPath form that allows player to be assigned to teams and this data sent to list 3.

- List 1 - Players Name

- List 2 - Players Team

- List 3 - Player and Team

The idea is that once a player has been allocated then that player shouldn't be available. On the InfoPath form I have 2 drop lists, Player list and Team. I would like to create a filter on the player list to filter out any players that have already been picked. So I have created a data source for the players drop down list and then created a filter which looks at List 1 and 3 and compares the two lists. The issue is that if I use the "equals to" filter then all players show up. The "not equal to" option is shows all players

If I use the Player field from List 3 data source "not present" filter then the drop down is empty.

Any ideas?

Dhiran
