I'm not sure if this was covered in the master class. But anyway, once the queryField is set (that's your filter), you call the data connection, then you get the repeating data back in your secondary data source. Drop that into your canvas, print and done. Good luck!

Use Infopath to print select SharePoint list data in a standardized format?

Can you point me to a recipe (my search fu is apparently low today) for using InfoPath (2010) as a report template to print out selected rows of a SharePoint (2010) list?

For example, we have a list of purchase order items by purchase order number. There are multiple columns; some of these are lookup columns. We want to select one purchase order number (in SharePoint or InfoPath, we're not picky) and be able to print out only those purchase order items (and associated data, including that in the lookup columns) in a standardized format.

I have taken the Qdabra InfoPath Master Class so if there is a chapter in the documentation I should be reviewing, just say the word :)

Thank you!
