If not, then you can create a workflow in sharepoint designer or you can use Nintex workflows.

This way you can create form, email it to users, get info in the list/library and then finally use it for creating graphs, dashboards etc.

Hope this helps!

Re: Emailing InfoPath 2010 form -- Is this process possible?

Emailing of forms isn't something I do much of. That's my Friday sorted:)

Why not use the survery function in SharePoint or place the form inside of a web part page? Just send the users with an email and url in the body?

That way you could easily export the data to Excel and go Dashboard crazy or you can use the inbuilt chart web part depending on your graph requirements.

Emailing InfoPath 2010 form -- Is this process possible?

Hello,

I've created a simple InfoPath 2010 form that asks four survey questions and I want to know if I can email the form to a group of users and the users can fill out the form in outlook than click a submit button that sends the data on the form to a SharePoint list. The form consists of one drop-down and three sets of radio buttons. When a user submits the form from within outlook I want each one of these fields to populate a column in the row (I hope that makes sense). Ultimately I will be using the data from this SharePoint list to create some charts and graphs based on the values but that's the next step.

Thank you
