Thank you for taking the time to respond. I am currently fishing through the qRules tutorials now and will download the demo first thing tomorrow morning. Thanks again!

First and foremost, I appreciate any and all help in advance. Regarding my situation, I have been asked to create a repository where my company can better track manpower during storm situations (I work for a public utility). Thus, I am trying to aid in the transition of an excel spreadsheet emailing extravaganza to the following relationship:

InfoPath (2007) Form > SharePoint (2007) List > Microsoft Access Database

I have utilized input from this forum to develop very intuitive forms that work nicely with my SharePoint list. However, I do have one outstanding issue. I need to be able to build queries/reports from the data stored in the SharePoint site from my InfoPath forms, which are driven by repeating tables. The problem with this mechanism is that the publishing wizard only allows me to provide the first, last, count, or merge the repeating items. As a result, multiple repeating tables of data get squeezed into one string of my database (i.e. if I enter multiple names in a repeating section with a repeating table, Access presents them as "Doe, John?Doe, Jane" rather than two unique rows for each name, as I chose the "merge" publishing option.

Thus, what can I do with my form composition that would allow repeating fields to produce unique rows in my database repository? I have linked pictures below for your convenience!

http://imageshack.us/a/img843/9523/formschema.png

Regards,
