I am looking to add a rule on a repeatable to ensure a user enters at least 3 repeatable rows and a maximum of 5. I have figured out how to ensure user does not enter more then five rows. This was accomplished by a formatting business rule. If count(.)=5 then "Don't allow user to insert or delete this control". I still can not figure out how to validate at least 3 repeatable rows are not blank.
