This is my goal:

I have an SharePoint list with 4 fields: Consulant Name, US Billing Rate, Euro Billing Rate, and British Pound Billing Rate. When a consultant's name is selected from a drop down list I want the next three fields to auto populate.

I created a data connection which pulls the names of the consultants and tried to create rules to pull the other fields in. I created a filter which states ID=Consultant name but this did not work.

Any ideas?
