70 milestones, each milestone can have upwards of 10 tasks with a status, completed by and completed time respectively

So, to me, based on that description, I would assume the schema would look somthing like the attached screenshot. If you need 70 instances by default, you can set that up in the form's default values (data tab on the ribbon) or by saving as source files and modifying the template.xml file (which is the approach I'd take for this, less clicky than using the IP UI).

Then conditional formatting to show specific milestones on specific views or sections or whatever is needed for the layout.

I published the form, and the response time isn't bad. Creating the fields is another story.

Regarding "repeating structure for the data source"? Please advise.....

Re: Multiple Views/One Form

Well, yes, the larger the view, the slower the form.

I'm wondering why you haven't chosen a repeating structure for the data source?

Multiple Views/One Form

Hello --

I am creating a checklist that contains over 70 milestones, each milestone can have upwards of 10 tasks with a status, completed by and completed time respectively. Each milestone is a view within my form. My concern is that the more fields I create on the views, the slower the response time becomes. Is there a limitation to the number of fields on a view. Does the number of fields on the view count against the total limitation of 2000 fields on a form?

Is there a view limitation?
