I am trying to do this with Microsoft's Certificate Server CA. I am wondering if anyone has done this before and what steps did they go through to do this. I have tried searching for this, but I have only found walkthroughs of how to sign the InfoPath template itself to make it trusted.

I basically want to do what this articale describes:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/infopath-help/obtain-a-digital-certificate-to-create-a-digital-signature-HA010354319.aspx

It just doesn't really go into detail on what to do after you get the CA.

Thanks.
