My objective is to allow the users to use an Info Path form to complete data entry to the parent form which is one record in the parent list and multiple items in a grid display (repeating table) at the bottom of the form. I am able to insert the repeating table from a secondary data source (a list) but cannot enable the ability for the user to add data. I have a control number on the parent list and want to auto populate that value in the child list and allow use to complete the form.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated
