What is the easiest way of doing this? I was thinking of just conditional formatting but I don&#39;t know how to get this to go off of the submit action, only by asking if another field has a certain value, which would make it visible before the submit. I don&#39;t want it to be done as a concat function but rather to have them pre placed to it would look like </p><p>|_ _ _) _ _ _-_ _ _ _| or |_ _ _-_ _-_ _ _ _|&nbsp;as the text box and the user just has to enter the numbers. Also this form will be published to SharePoint so placeholder text isn&#39;t an option.&nbsp;I&#39;ve tried searching around and can&#39;t seem to find anything so any guidance would be helpful.
