Once that is converted, you can create a data connection to your XML file and set it to query on load. From there you can add rules on Form Load that sets the fields in your form to your XML data based on ID number.

Hope that helps,

Jo-Anne

Link form template to prefilled XML

I have an excel file of data that I want to link to my infopath form. But I want to be able to launch my form and then through a piece of key data (eg. An ID number) prefill a section of the form. Is this possible? If so, how do I go about this?
