I have several, say 5 for this example, check boxes with an equal number of corresponding (hidden) text boxes that will hold a corresponding value. If 1 or more checkbox is checked (=true), then I want to display the textbox value in a list. Is this possible? If for example, only 3 of 5 checkboxes = true, then I would have 3 items in my list.

I don't care if teh list is numbered, bulleted or plain listed, I just want them in a list style. Any ideas? Is there a better way to do this?
