I feel like this question has been asked and answered already, but I couldn't really find anything. I'm looking to concat two dataFields pulled in from SQL into a single text field. It's simply grabbing a Site and their Comments all into one field, but the two fields are repeating data. When I try and do a standard

concat(../dfs:dataFields/d:program/@Site, " - ", ../dfs:dataFields/d:program/@comments)

The data won't repeat the data even if placed in a repeating section. I'm expecting something like:

PA - These are my comments
NY - Here are my comments

But I'm just getting

PA - These are my comments
PA - These are my comments

I saw some topics using eval with concat, but I wasn't sure what the purpose of that was. Thanks!
