Of course if the form gets ignored, then the date could come and the reminder becomes moot.

Re: Send Email when a predetermined date is reached with no button click or field change

There is no timer event that will go back and check so the workflow must run based on some action (i.e. save or submit). I suppose you could create a workflow that iterates through the forms and checks the ones with status "Not Notified" and looks at their date fields. That sounds custom though or like something that requires a third party tool. My guess. I'm sure there are better ideas out there.

Send Email when a predetermined date is reached with no button click or field change

Can I send an email notification using a SharePoint Designer workflow based on a date field? I want to dynamically send the email - there will not be a field change or button click to generate the email.
