I have a rule on a multi choice box that concats the selected values corresponding emails (from secondary data source) in a text field.

When deselecting any of the multi choice values, the corresponding emails are not removed from the text field. - could you possibly help with the rule (I'm not a developer just an intermediate office user who has to create some complex forms :) )

Sounds like you might need 2 rules, one with a condition when the box is checked to add the value to a field, and a second rule with a condition for when the box is unchecked, to subtract the value from the field.

Only one rule will activate depending on whether the box is checked or not.

I have added a rule to a checkbox that when checked it will add a specific number to another field. That works great but when I uncheck the box it doesn't remove the number from the field.

What am I missing in my rule?

Using InfoPath 2007
