many thanks I have small query regarding displaying fields I have querystring parameter for an infopath form where i am passing ID in the querystring when i open the infopath form in browser enable i can able to see the ID also in thequerystring now my question is i want to fetch the data based on the ID i.e based on ID the values should populate from the sharepoint list in infopath browser enabled form. Please let me know the way

You could set a field in your form to the value that was passed in via the input parameter, and set the field in your repeating table to default to that field.

Thank for reply i have one more query

I have custom infopath form with code behind where i am taking the querystring value and setting that value to dropdown ex: querystring with all savelocation,source in addition that i am paasing projectId and this ProjecId i am getting through InputParameters.TryGetValue and this value i am assigning to dropdown and all these are in repeating table now my question is when i insert an item in repeating table the value is not assigning to dropdown it shows blank i want as many as i select insert item in repeating table that value should get automatically assigned to dropdown

Please let me know the way.

I think that's a standard SharePoint error, it indicates that an entry has been added to the Windows Event Log so it would be worth checking it for more details about the error. You might also want to debug using InfoPath client and see exactly where the error occurs.

Hi All, I have done custom info path form which is having repeating table with fields and i am pushing all the data to sharepoint list and in code i have used InputParameters.TryGetValue method to fetch ProjectID and that ProjectID i am pushing to sharepoint list as well.Here i have used web service,xml as data connection and code behind to add dataconnection and xml reading to push the data to sharepoint list. Now i am having problem with to view that infopath form and its says error LogID:5337.I published this infopath form to form library with concat operation where it will show the file name with todays date as concat parameters and when i click that infopath form it gives the error as LogId:5337 An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server. Log ID:5337 Correlation ID:4c65858f-c858-4459-a16f-eccf34beb5bd I have checked the eventvwr to look the issue but i am not getting the this ID
