I created an Infopath form, published it to a Sharepoint, and then put the URL into a hyperlink in a word document so that we can click on it and launch the form.&nbsp; Not everyone has InfoPath installed, so under Tools, Form Options, Compatibility, I selected the box that says Design a form template that can be opened in a browser or InfoPath.&nbsp; &nbsp;It works fine for me and I had someone test it that doesn&#39;t have Infopath and it opens in their browser.&nbsp; </p> <p>&nbsp;Someone contacted me today, however, that when they click the link, it only offers an option to Find or Save... there is no option to Open.</p> <p>Any ideas what I may have done wrong?</p> <p>Thank you VERY much!</p> <p>Collette</p>
