Is it possible that you could put those extra 3 columns that users don't fill out into a separte table then hide it? From there you could create a personal view inside SharePoint to view those columns. I have backend fields inside my form and that is how I did it. Hope this helps.

Show all columns in list, but hide in Form

Hello,

I don't think this is a complex issue, but I'm a newbie :). If I create a form, and delete certain fields from the form so users can't see some backend columns, how do I view an item with all the columns in the SharePoint list on the backend?

For instance I have 8 columns of information, the form asks users to fill out 5 of them. When I go to the list on sharepoint, and I open the item, I want to see all 8 columns, not just 5.

Please help.
