I have created similar form where depending on the choice selected in the selection box, my form submits data to either email or sharepoint.

Just put action rules on the submit button stating what action should happen when the button is clicked. In the rule say action and from the drop down of different actions select what you want your form to do. At the place where you put the condition, put stuff similar to this example:

Lets say you have field1 as the selection box. In the conditions pop-up, select Field1 after selecting "Select a Field or a Group" from first drop-down. Select "is equal to" for 2nd drop-down. For the last drop-down insert the field value.

You would have to make multiple rules to make the form do all the different things it should.
