I would like to have this form in the body of an email, and when the recipient clicks the 'register' button, the data is sent to my companies SharePoint so we can run a queries at a later date. Is it possible to do this without each of the recipients needing to have Infopath installed? I would just like to find the easiest way to collect their information and have it sent to our SharePoint rather than having people from outside our company accessing our SharePoint.

Thank you,
