There should only be one questionmark after the .aspx and all other parameters connected with a &.

Secondly, XsnLocation and XmlLocation are mutually exclusive as you can read here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms772417.aspx

If you want to open an existing Form, only use XmlLocation. Be aware to use the full path starting from the end of the domain if you are using sub sites.

HTH

URL to Existing InfoPath 2007 Form on a Sharepoint 2007 forms library non-browser invoked

I have tried many iteration from the following MS article http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms772417(office.12).aspx. The URL below will not open the item "formitem1.xml" into inforpath client. I just get "The Form Has Been Closed"

http://server/_layouts/FormServer.aspx?XsnLocation=/formslibrary/Forms/template.xsn?XmlLocation=/formslibrary/formitem1.xml?SaveLocation=/formslibrary?Source=/formslibrary/Forms/AllItems.aspx

(names have been cleaned for security purposes)
