That works great. My challenge is to use the same form to query existing data.</p> <p>I have made it quite simple for proof of concept.</p> <p>FirstName</p> <p>LastName</p> <p>SSN</p> <p>I want to be able to search on LastName or SSN and have the fields populated if record exists.</p> <p>&nbsp;I am not a developer.
