If it has not, then ask it here or the appropriate topic forum.enCommunityServer 2007 SP3 (Build: 31118.962)https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/65428.aspxThu, 24 Mar 2011 21:51:50 GMT033a2e2d-04e2-4a9d-be01-a4634161eefd:65428AlisonA0https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/65428.aspxhttps://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=39&PostID=65428<p>I started working with InfoPath earlier this year and created a form that was sent out to users via Outlook and submitted back the same way.&nbsp; The form consists of a drop down box at the top and then various text boxes as control fields.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;I conditional formatted some of the text boxes to be hidden when certain values in the drop down box are selected because I don&#39;t want&nbsp;users to enter values where they aren&#39;t needed.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>My issue is that for only 1 form out of many that I have received back, a value is popping up for one hidden field in&nbsp;the&nbsp;results when I export them to excel.&nbsp; The field is hidden and the users aren&#39;t able&nbsp;enter anything it in.&nbsp; The value is not a part of the&nbsp;field properites.&nbsp;&nbsp;When I recreate&nbsp;my own version selecting the value in the drop down and fill out other fields and export, the value is not there in the results.&nbsp; It&#39;s&nbsp;a very peculiar thing and I can&#39;t figure out how&nbsp;that value got into the form the user submitted - nor can I figure out how to get it out of the results (besides manually deleting it from the excel cell which is what I&#39;ve reverted to).&nbsp;I am not sure how to &#39;dig&#39; into what the user submitted to get more information.</p> <p>I am working with Office 2007.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
